Privacy policy

Through the quote form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and the message you write. The partner form also collects your role, the platform you use, the regions of interest and the typical site size.

To protect the forms against spam, we process your IP address temporarily, without storing it with your request.

We use your data to answer your request, prepare a quote and send you an email confirmation that the request arrived.

We do not use the data sent through the forms for newsletters and we do not sell it.

We process form data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent.

We work with the following providers, who process data on our behalf: Brevo, for sending email; Vercel, for hosting the website; and Google, for traffic analytics through Google Tag Manager, only after you accept cookies.

We keep request data for 24 months from our last exchange, then delete it.

If a request leads to a contract, the contract documents are kept for the period required by Romanian law.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@dronedata.ro. You may also file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

We use analytics and marketing cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Refusing is one click, and the website works the same either way.

Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
