These terms apply to every visit to dronedata.ro. By using the website, you accept them.

The information on the website describes our services and is provided for general guidance. It is not an offer in itself and does not replace the written quote for a specific project.

We provide drone services: thermal inspection of solar farms, thermal and visual inspection of buildings and industrial assets, photogrammetry and mapping, 360° virtual tours, and aerial photo and video.

The exact scope of each project, including the area flown, the specifications and the deliverables, is set out in the quote or the contract for that project.

Every project starts from a written quote that states the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the price. A quote is valid for the period stated in it and binds both parties only after written acceptance or the signing of a contract.

Flight dates depend on the weather and on airspace authorizations. When conditions do not allow a safe flight or the required data quality, we agree a new date with you.

The texts, graphics and visuals on this website belong to WEALTH FLUX SRL and may not be reused without our written consent.

The rights to the deliverables of a project, such as reports, images, video, 3D models and virtual tours, transfer to the client upon full payment, within the limits set in the contract. Until full payment, we retain these rights.

We carry out every mission with professional care and under the applicable aviation rules. Reports describe the condition observed at the time of the flight.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published on this website.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is first settled amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
